What counts as a deal?
Any offer you publish. Once it's approved it becomes a deal slot, and each slot in your account is billable whether it's live or paused. £99 a month on Basic (£49 for your first 3 months if you're one of our first 100 restaurants), £79 a month per location on Pro.
What if I launch a deal mid-month?
Billing is pro-rated daily. A Basic deal launched on the 15th costs about £3.30 a day for the rest of that month, then £99 flat the month after.
What happens after the 30 days?
We email you 7, 3 and 1 days before your 30 days end. Add a card to carry on, or do nothing and your deals pause - nothing is deleted. If you're one of our first 100 restaurants you get 50% off for your first 3 months: £49 a month per deal, then £99. We never charge a card you haven't added.
How does a boost work?
One boost is 24 hours at the top of the feed for every diner inside your venue's discovery radius, plus one push notification to everyone who has saved your restaurant. One per deal per month, no rollover.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you never lose what you paid for.
Do you charge commission on walk-ins?
No. The flat monthly rate is the entire bill. We never take a cut of what a diner spends with you.
Is there a setup fee or minimum term?
No setup fee. Monthly rolling, cancel any time. We only ask for a card when you want to carry on after your 30 days free.
